Dr. Michelle Mann

Dr. Mann started her studies as a chiropractic technologist after suffering a sports injury which was successfully treated with chiropractic care. She trained in x-rays, orthopedic and neurological exam and learned 'best practices' to run a chiropractic office. After working with chiropractic students and seeing all the numerous benefits that patients received from chiropractic care, she decided to finish her undergraduate studies and enroll at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, lowa, where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 1994.

She has been licensed by the Georgia State Board of Chiropractic since 1995 and has additional post graduate certifications in whiplash, spinal disability evaluation, foot orthotic evaluation and treatment, and trigger point therapy. She also has additional training in pediatric chiropractic care.

Dr. Mann and her family moved to Hartwell in 2007. In 2020, her family welcomed their son in law into their family. and in 2024 she welcomed a grandson. In 2025, Dr. Mann earned her certification as a Regenerative Health practitioner for the Institute of Regenerative Health. She enjoys being involved in church, the arts, spending time with her children and grandchild, as well as lake life fun.

David Mann

David is originally from Davenport, lowa. He graduated with 2 bachelors degrees in music (in performance and education). After a couple of years teaching, he decided to enter the automotive industry.

He worked in retail services for 25 years between Honda, Toyota, BMW, and Porsche. He moved to Hartwell in 2007 with his family and after some time as a fixed operations trainer, he joined our team part-time in 2011 while continuing to train parts and service departments for automotive shops. Then in 2014, he came on full-time as our office manager. When he is not working, David enjoys painting, hunting, and working on his projects around the house and yard.

Amie Lawrence

A proud Hartwell native, Amie brings warmth, organization, and compassion to every part of our patients’ experience. She not only performs therapy and assists in patient care but also helps direct the flow of the office — ensuring each visit runs smoothly and everyone is welcomed with a friendly smile.

When she’s not in the office, Amie enjoys spending time with her beloved furbaby- Cash, cooking and running her catering business, as well as teaching piano lessons. She also serves in an active role at her church, where her heart for helping others continues to shine.

Ethan Mann

Ethan is from Hartwell, Georgia and found a love early in his studies for science and the inner workings of the body. He took that love and went on to graduate summa cum laude  from Emmanuel University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Afterwards, he decided to use his passion for active living to pursue a career in massage therapy in order to assist athletes and individuals with muscular conditions. He completed his massage therapy certification, top of his class, at Georgia School of Massage.

He is excited to partner his business (Mann Muscular Care) along side our office to actively work with clients in Georgia to help a multitude of injuries, muscular imbalances, and overall soft tissue health. He specializes in muscle rehab, deep tissue, trigger point, sport massage, and neuromuscular. In addition, he also offers Swedish massage, TMJ treatment and general relaxation massages.

Payton Arreola

Payton grew up in Hartwell, Georgia, and later relocated to Columbus, where she now resides with her husband, their son, and two beloved cats. A proud graduate of Point University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Development in 2022.

She plays an integral role in supporting our team by working remotely, helping ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for every patient. In addition to her work with our office, Payton also provides childcare to families in her community — a role that reflects her heart for service, patience, and care for others.

Outside of work, Payton enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing board games, cooking, and baking. She also actively serves alongside her husband in ministry, helping lead various activities at the ministry school connected to their church. Whether at home, work, or in her community, Payton brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to everything she does.
